The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has opened applications for the Moroccan Government Scholarships Program 2026–27. This is an exciting opportunity for Pakistani and AJK students to continue their higher education in Morocco with fully funded scholarships. Under this program, the Kingdom of Morocco will award 10 scholarships for various degree levels, allowing students to immerse themselves in a diverse international academic environment.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be Pakistani or AJK nationals and permanent residents of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Please note that individuals holding dual nationality are not eligible. For those applying for undergraduate programs, a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or an equivalent qualification is mandatory, along with adherence to any age and academic criteria. Moreover, candidates intending to pursue Master’s programs must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, while PhD applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a related field. It is essential that all candidates provide valid test scores; undergraduate applicants need a valid USAT score, while Master’s and PhD candidates must submit a valid HAT score.
