What Is the Tim Hortons Jazz Offer?
Tim Hortons Pakistan has partnered with Jazz, the country’s largest mobile network, to reward Jazz customers with free coffee. The campaign line on the official page is “This deal’s brewing, for Jazz users only”, and the offer is straightforward: when you buy two coffees, the third one is on Tims.
In practical terms, that is like getting roughly a third off when you order three coffees together. It works best when you are with a friend or two, or picking up a round for colleagues. Instead of splitting a discount voucher or entering promo codes, you just show that your number is on Jazz.
How to Redeem the Tim Hortons Jazz Offer: Step by Step
The redemption process shown on the official Tim Hortons Pakistan page takes less than a minute. Follow these steps:
- Make sure your SIM is Jazz. The deal is for Jazz users only, so the number you use must be on the Jazz network.
- Visit your nearest Tims outlet. Use the outlet list below or the official locations page to find the closest branch.
- Tell the cashier you want the Jazz offer before you pay, so the order is rung up correctly.
- Dial the code on your phone. On an iPhone, dial *99#. On an Android phone, dial *11#. This confirms your Jazz network status.
- Show the confirmation to the staff, buy your two coffees and claim your free cup.
Tip: keep your phone charged and make sure you have signal inside the mall or outlet, because you will need to dial the code at the counter. If the code does not work on one phone, try it from another Jazz number in your group.
Why Different Codes for iPhone and Android?
The official banner lists *99# for Apple users and *11# for Android users. These are network service codes that bring up your Jazz account details on screen, which lets the staff see that your number is on Jazz. You do not need to subscribe to anything or pay for the code, and there is no app to download for this deal.
Tim Hortons Outlets Where You Can Use the Jazz Offer
The Jazz offer page asks customers to head to their nearest Tims outlet. According to the official Tim Hortons Pakistan locations page, these are the current outlets:
| City | Outlets |
|---|---|
| Lahore | DHA Phase 6 (with Drive Thru), Mall One, Kasoori Road, Johar Town, Lake City, Bahria Town Lahore |
| Islamabad | F-9, DHA Phase 2, I-8, Giga Mall |
| Rawalpindi | Saddar, Bahria Town Phase 7 |
| Gujranwala | Mall of Gujranwala, Rahwali |
| Karachi | Defence |
| Peshawar | Peshawar |
| Sialkot | Sialkot |
Outlets open and close over time, so check the official Tim Hortons Pakistan locations page before you travel. It is also a good idea to confirm with the outlet that the Jazz offer is running on the day you visit, especially at mall, drive thru or franchise counters.
Which Coffees Can You Get?
The official offer says “coffees”, and Tim Hortons Pakistan’s menu is split into Hot Beverages, Cold Beverages, Donuts and Desserts, and Savouries. The page does not list which specific drinks or sizes are included, or whether the free cup must be the lowest priced one. Many buy 2 get 1 deals in Pakistan give the cheapest of the three items free, so ask the cashier which drinks qualify before you order.
If you are new to Tims, the brand is best known for its Original Blend brewed coffee, iced coffees and the famous Iced Capp, along with lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso drinks. Pair your coffee with a donut or Timbits for the full Canadian experience.
About Tim Hortons in Pakistan
Tim Hortons, the Canadian coffee and donut chain, opened its first Pakistan outlet in February 2023 at the Raya commercial centre in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, according to World Coffee Portal. The brand arrived through franchise partner Blue Foods and has since grown to outlets in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Karachi, Peshawar and Sialkot. The opening drew long queues and lots of social media buzz, and Tims has become a regular hangout for students, families and office workers.
Tim Hortons Pakistan also has its own app for ordering on Google Play and the App Store, and an online ordering site. The Jazz offer itself, however, is described as an in outlet deal that you claim by visiting a Tims branch.
Tips to Get the Most From the Deal
- Go as a group of three. Two paid coffees and one free cup is perfect for a trio, or for two people where one wants a second drink.
- Ask about eligible drinks first. Confirm which coffees and sizes are included so there are no surprises at billing.
- Dial the code before you reach the counter. Having the Jazz confirmation ready saves time during busy hours.
- Visit off peak. Weekday mornings and mid afternoons are usually quieter than evenings and weekends.
- Do not wait too long. No end date is published, so the offer could end at any time.
- Keep your receipt. If the discount was not applied correctly, the receipt helps the outlet sort it out.
Can You Combine It With Other Deals?
The official page only says terms and conditions apply and does not mention combining offers. In general, telco and bank deals at Pakistani cafes cannot be stacked with other promotions, so assume you can use either the Jazz offer or another discount on the same order, not both. If you also hold a bank card with dining discounts, compare the two and pick the bigger saving. Our guides to HBL card discounts and Meezan Bank card discounts can help you check.
