What’s Announced

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has made an exciting announcement for students looking to pursue higher education abroad. Applications are now open for the Moroccan Government Scholarships Program for the academic year 2026–27. This initiative offers Pakistani and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) students the opportunity to study in Morocco through fully funded scholarships.

Who Can Apply

To be eligible for the Moroccan Government Scholarships, applicants must be either Pakistani or AJK nationals and permanent residents of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir. It’s important to note that individuals holding dual nationality are not eligible to apply. For those interested in undergraduate programs, candidates should have completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or a similar qualification. Additionally, they must meet age and academic standards as mandated. Applicants for Master’s programs are required to have a relevant Bachelor’s degree, while PhD candidates should possess a Master’s degree in an appropriate field.
